Albertina
Built in the 2nd half of the 17th century, the Albertina now serves as a museum. It houses one of the largest and most important print collections in the world, with approximately 65,000 drawings and about 1 million old master prints, as well as modern graphic work, photographs and architectural drawings.

BELVEDERE
The Belvedere, built in the 1700s as a summer residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy, is set in its original Baroque park landscape. The palace houses the most important display of Austrian art, from the Middle Ages to the present day, and has the world's largest Gustav Klimt collection.

Café Hawelka
Entire books have been written at, and about, this prototype of a classic cafe. It represents one of the last great Central European traditions of writer and artist coffeehouses. The interior decor was created by a student of well-known Jugendstil architect, Adolf Loost, and has remained untouched. The Café, opened in 1939, is still run by Leopold Hawelka and his family.

Loos Bar
Also known as the American Bar, Loos was designed in 1908 by Adolf Loos, a pioneer of modern architecture. When Marianne Kohn took over in 1995, the bar became the place to be and be-seen.

Burggarten
Located in the city center, the Burggarten used to be the Emperor’s private garden. Opened to the public in 1919, it has famous garden sculptures, and a beautiful greenhouse, home to hundreds of tropical butterflies.
